This Collaboration Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as "Statement") applies to Raymond Sensation (hereinafter referred to as "we"). The platform is owned by Wonsys Martech Solutions Sdn Bhd (202103030679) (the "Company").
- We are willing to have cooperation opportunities with any interested partners;
- All cooperation must sign a cooperation agreement with us. If any party refuses to sign the cooperation agreement, this cooperation will be deemed invalid and invalid;
- We will request any relevant materials from our partners for review and preparation of cooperation agreements. If the partner refuses/fails to provide the required relevant information, this cooperation will be deemed abandoned and invalid;
- All cooperation must be legal, such as the cooperation involves illegal/illegal, infringement, misappropriation, fraud/deception, and containing/existing false components/content, products and services, etc. This cooperation will be suspended and terminated by us immediately. At the same time, we will reserve all the rights of investigation / have the right to initiate legal compensation to you;
- If any party wants to suspend/terminate cooperation, it must notify in writing. If any party fails to notify in writing, the suspension/termination of cooperation will be deemed invalid and invalid;
- Partners shall not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, impersonate or intimidate others, the company or anyone in our company under any circumstances. If any relevant unit reports/complains to us, we will reserve all the rights of investigation/right to initiate legal compensation to you;
- All transactions must have/issue documents for transaction and posting via Internet Banking. If any party requests to use cash for transactions, it must let the other party know in advance and then decide whether to accept the cash transaction according to the company's financial policy;
- All cooperation agreements are our business secrets. Without our permission, the partner shall not disclose any data/information to the third party under any circumstances. If the above-mentioned event occurs, we will reserve all the rights of investigation / have the right to initiate legal compensation actions against you;
- When you decide to cooperate with us, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to our privacy policy and personal data protection statement, terms of use and disclaimer;
